The client understands, agrees and acknowledges that in no event will Connecting Communities , or such Party’s affiliates or their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers or licensors be liable to the other Party or any third party for any indirect, incidental, exemplary, consequential, punitive or other similar damages, including lost profits, lost sales or business, business interruption or any other loss incurred by such Party in connection with these terms or the Service. 

Notwithstanding any damages that the Client may incur, the Coach’s entire liability under this Agreement, and the Client’s exclusive remedy, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the Client to Connectin Communitites under this Agreement for all services rendered through and including the termination date.
